Job Summary

The Music Department is currently seeking a Temporary Music Therapy Program Manager to join their team of professionals.

Duties include :

• Manages the day-to-day operations and objectives of the Music Therapy Program to meet goals and objectives.
• Provides operations and administration direction.
• Contributes to Music Therapy Program management strategy and participates in strategic planning, policy development, and other key areas.
• Establishes priorities and maintains quality control for the Music Therapy Program.
• Advises senior management in implementing Music Therapy Program, new initiatives, internships, and other special projects.
• Responsible for communication with and submission of our American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) application process for final accreditation and approval consideration of revisions.
• In collaboration with the Director, ensures compliance with the AMTA Standards for Education and Clinical Training and the AMTA Code of Ethics.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and four (4) years of related experience, or Master's degree in an appropriate specialization and two (2) years related experience.
