The Director of Outpatient Services is a vital part of Arbour Hospital's senior clinical leadership team - reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. This position provides clinical oversight to all Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and the individual outpatient therapy program. The primary responsibilities of this position are : (1) Promote and ensure high quality patient care; (2) Drive program growth and expansion; and (3) Fiscal management of all programming. The ideal candidate is : (1) An LICSW (or an LMHC and eligible to provide supervision); and (2) An experienced clinical supervisor with a history of managing multiple clinicians and programs. This is a full time, on site, Monday - Friday position.
