A company is looking for an IT Support & Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-users on Windows and macOS devices
Monitor IT service desk / ticket queues for timely response and accurate documentation
Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires
Required Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk role
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and macOS workstations
Experience using a ticketing system for tracking support requests
Familiarity with remote support tools
Ability to manage a small hardware inventory and maintain organized records
