What You'll Do : As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving occupancy levels and revenue growth in line with community goals. You'll be the face of the community, creating awareness through outreach, events, and relationship-building, while ensuring every prospective resident and family feels confident in their decision to join our community.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Achieve community occupancy and revenue goals by utilizing proven sales processes.
• Market services and programs to prospective residents, families, and advisors, tailoring your approach to individual needs.
• Convert leads to deposits and deposits to move-ins through effective relationship-building and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong referral networks with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, professionals, and community organizations.
• Plan and implement events and activities to engage prospects and increase community visibility.
• Partner with leadership to support resident retention through welcome programs, family engagement, and referrals.
• Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive results.
• Represent the community at external events, networking opportunities, and professional groups.
