We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Channel Sales to build and manage our indirect sales channel, significantly expanding our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. Identify target markets, vet potential partners, and create go-to-market plans for various channel segments, including resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding : Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that fit our ideal partner profile. Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that ensure a win-win relationship.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Act as the primary point of contact, conducting regular business reviews to evaluate performance, address concerns, and ensure mutual success.
- Sales Enablement & Support : Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell and support Envera's solutions. This includes developing training materials, delivering product knowledge sessions, and providing ongoing technical and sales support.
- Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth through channel partners by setting clear performance targets, monitoring activity, and collaborating on joint sales initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the direct sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless and aligned approach between all sales efforts, minimizing channel conflict and maximizing opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel, including partner-generated leads, closed deals, and revenue contributions. Report on the channel program's success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
- Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new market opportunities through channel expansion, staying up-to-date with industry trends and adapting the strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partner programs within the SaaS or technology-based security industry.Skills :Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and sales processes.
