Overview
Xovis is a Swiss company with its own hardware and software solution for the precise, data protection-compliant counting of people and optimization of people flows. Our unique 3D technology is used at airports, train stations, shopping malls, boutiques, sports events, and cruise ships.
Xovis is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Agent to serve our customers professionally and courteously. This individual will be part of a support team and is THE first point of contact for technical questions about our sensors.
Responsibilities
- With your in-depth sensor and network knowledge, you will support customers and help with their software integration of the sensors
- Together with the customer, you develop solutions for various use cases
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- As a link between development and the customer, proper escalation of unresolved issues to our internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to our customers
- Pre / Post Sales support visits with our Sales team to support opportunities.
- Provide training to our partners / customers
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with customers and programming supportSpecialization in application developer / system technician or electronics technician / automation technician / or similarInterest in IT-specific network topics (DHCP, DNS, ...)Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages is an advantageEnthusiasm for working with customer throughout North AmericaAbility to work independently and within a small teamVerbal communication skillsBilingual (Spanish / English) is highly preferred skill for this positionAvailable to travel throughout North AmericaBenefits we offer
