About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work.

You'll lead design for core product areas, own the end-to-end user experience, and partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who is highly autonomous, user centric, and thrives in 0→1 environments.

You'll help us go from fast-moving MVPs to polished, scalable product - all while deeply rooting your work in clinicians needs.
