About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Description :

The role involves working in a transitional care unit.

You will be responsible for patient care and assessments.

You will manage medications and provide education to patients and families.

Experience in a similar setting and familiarity with specific patient care procedures are required.

Weekend shifts are required every other week or two per month.

You may be asked to float to other areas if necessary.

The patient ratio will be 1 : 7-8.

Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.

Travelers should be aware that requests for time off during major holidays will not be accommodated.

Candidates must have a background in various nursing skills and interventions.

Ensure compliance with safety and care standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for effective patient management.
