Project Engineer – Solar PV & BESS

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will serve as a technical linchpin and key coordinator for our solar PV and battery storage (BESS) projects, taking ownership of critical project modules or sub-projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of solar PV, BESS, and hybrid energy projects.
• Assist in technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and preparation of engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project milestones and technical requirements are met.
• Review and optimize design proposals, drawings, and specifications.
• Apply working knowledge of contractual obligations and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and smooth delivery.
• Demonstrate strong people management skills by overseeing subcontractors, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, including construction schedules, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.
• Contribute to internal reporting, project risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
