Overview
As a Vice President, Process & Program Management, you will identify and assess operational risks, then design, test and evaluate controls. You will also partner on cross-departmental initiatives and process engineering and implement sustainable solutions with transparent, executive-ready reporting. You will champion personal accountability, delivering results, and talent development.
Job Responsibilities
- Align portfolio to strategy, manage interdependencies and optimize resource allocation
- Lead change management : guide stakeholders, drive tool and process adoption and realize / report benefits
- Establish governance : define decision rights, stage-gates and deliver executive dashboards
- Oversee risk and issue management : prioritize risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues
- Ensure quality : set standards, plan assurance activities and perform quality control
- Monitor marketing initiatives : evaluate control effectiveness, maintain an exam-ready environment
- Drive continuous process improvement for operational efficiency and speed to market
- Communicate project status clearly and promptly under tight deadlines
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7–10 years in marketing project / program leadership, portfolio management or control oversight in a fast paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects / programs simultaneously with equal success and deliver resultsProven problem-solving, strategic thinking and strong curiosity for operational processes - rapid learning agility requiredExceptional written / verbal communication, tailored to executive and technical audiencesStrong organizational skills; thrives under pressure with a strong sense of urgencyDemonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaborative mindsetProficient in Microsoft 365; familiarity with LLM-based tools / AI platforms preferredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
