A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firmis looking to add a Senior ProjectEngineer to their Toledo team!
Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize,develop, and manage the department growth
- Serve as projectspokesperson on advanced projects / programs
- Lead businessdevelopment initiatives
- Build / maintainclient relationships
- Lead / manage projectmanagers and technical staff daily
- Ensure high quality projectexecution and optimal final performance for assigned projects
- Coordinate projectpriorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments
- Responsible for attractingnew employees and the development and retention of current employees (setexpectations and manage performance)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree inCivil Engineering
- 8+ years ofexperience
- Ohio PE Licenserequired
- Michigan PE Licensepreferred
- Established client relationshipsin Northwestern Ohio preferred
Salary iscommensurate with experience.
