Position Overview

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried and hourly roles across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions. You’ll also partner with leadership on strategic hiring, candidate pipeline development, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles (e.g., service techs, maintenance techs)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage expectations
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS (SmartRecruiters), CRM, and other recruiting tools
• Provide a top-tier candidate experience while promoting DE&I hiring practices
• Manage recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and data reporting in ATS
