The SVP Of Commercial And Marketing reports directly to the CEO in Seal Beach, CA, and leads Dendreon's national sales organization, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and commercial excellence. This role builds and scales a high-performing sales organization, defines strategic sales initiatives, and ensures alignment with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. The SVP fosters a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable performance while advancing Dendreon's mission to fight cancer and transform patients' lives.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy :

• Define and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and patient access goals.
• Build, scale, and develop a high-performing sales organization, including Regional Directors, Area Managers, and specialty sales representatives.
• Establish performance metrics, incentive plans, and accountability structures to drive execution and business results.
• Lead forecasting, resource allocation, and territory management to optimize field force effectiveness.
• Implement data-driven targeting strategies for key accounts and patient populations.
• Align field initiatives with brand strategy and patient programs in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
