Warehouse Worker - Now Hiring

This position will assist supervisor / manager in accomplishing department goals by maintaining an even workflow and minimal down time by providing guidance and training to associates. Assignments for this position will come from the supervisor / manager. You must assess the situations and make decisions based on set guidelines and maintenance experience. Critical contacts for this position are the associates, supervisors, managers, and other department leads and supervisors, so you must have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively. This position directly supervises 5-10 employees in the ASRS Maintenance Department.

Essential Duties :

• Interviewing, training, and monitoring the employees through appraising performance and rewarding employees
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Assisting in the performance review process.
• Aiding supervisor in the assignments of daily work orders and P.M. schedules
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Initiating or suggesting plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
