Job Description :

We are looking for a goal-oriented Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate should have an active Property and Casualty License and 5+ years of commercial insurance experience. You will need to possess strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and work well in a team environment. We offer a competitive compensation package and great benefits and perks! The base salary for this position is $55,000 - $90,000.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions.
• Ensure policy quotes include accurate ratings, coverages, and other details as needed.
• Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding.
• Shop renewals based on business updates and plans and current market conditions.
• Reach out to clients promptly to ensure consistent communication.
• Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
