• Department : Medical Progressive Care Unit (MPCU)
• Schedule : Full Time - NIGHTS (3-12 hour shifts 7am-7pm) every third weekend
• Hospital : Ascension St. Vincent Hospital
• Location : Indianapolis, Indiana
• This is a 44 bed unit known for its cohesiveness and dedication to patient outcomes. When you become a part of this unit, you will receive both Progressive Fundamentals and Cardiac Rhythms training. Excellence is both encouraged and awarded by the unit Morale Committee! There are no drawbacks to becoming a part of this amazing team of health-care heroes!

Patients we serve :

Large variety of diagnoses & patients with multiple co-morbidities : Adult Respiratory Failure, COPD, DKA, Dysrhythmias requiring continuous infusion and cardiac monitoring, Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage, Hypertensive Crisis, Liver Failure, Overdose or withdrawal, Pneumonia, Renal Failure, Sepsis, Unstable Angina and NSTEMI.
