Facilities Manager (Jacksonville)

Job Title : Facilities Representative

Location : Jacksonville IL or Springfield IL

Duration : contract until April 2026 (possible extension)

Pay : $40.00 to $43.00 / hr on W2

Candidates will be required to travel to : Springfield, Jacksonville, Quincy ,Marion, Mattoon, Danville

BASIC FUNCTION :

This position is responsible for managing and controlling HCSC property management functions within assigned state locations, including Safety; and overseeing and leading the efficient operation of HCSC facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Full time and full scope management for company facilities in home state.

Comprehensive property management service function : . Physical Operations.. Construction Project Management.. Access Control / physical security coordination with the Safety & Security Department, including fire drills and inspections, post orders, and badge coordination.. Service Management

Oversee and coordinate facilities maintenance personnel. Ensure adequate coverage at all facilities under span of control.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree and 3 years experience in facilities operation, property management, asset management, , or administrative real estate OR 7 years facility operations, property management, asset management, , or administrative real estate experience.

Experience with electrical and mechanical trades, related to commercial property management.

PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook .

Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to engage in physical activity, including climbing ladders and lift to 80 pounds.
