Front Desk Supervisor

Universal Health Institute is an integrative care clinic offering alternative medicine that includes chiropractic, physical therapy, clinical massage therapy, psychotherapy, acupuncture and more.

We have an energetic staff focused on wellness and healing from the inside-out.

We seek an experienced Front Desk Supervisor who can help us round out our customer service team.

The job is 70% patient interactive and 30% data entry and working with the healthcare office program (i.e. administrative task focused).

Required Experience:
1. Experience in the field of health (fitness, healthclub or healthcare focus) required for this position.
2. Experience in communicating about health. That means, you have experience communicating to people about their own goals and have helped direct them to great choices in their lives.
