Job descriptionYou're a licensed PE You have experience leading roadway projects and is excited about guiding others. You've got at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on DOT or local government work. You're comfortable with Microstation / Geopak or ORD, familiar with Minnesota DOT design standards, and confident overseeing teams and budgets.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage DOT transportation projects focused on roadway and highway systems.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Provide technical guidance, oversee design work, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
- Represent the team in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
