Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The location will be Central Texas (Austin / San Antonio or Houston)The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This is a remote position, however, you are expected to be in the field a minimum of 20 hours per week prospecting and visiting potential sites / clients.

Duties

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Present, promote, and sell products / services to prospective customers
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Prepare and submit sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Experience

You are eligible for an aggressive incentive plan after 90 days, if the minimum metrics and KPI's are met.
