Campus Administrator

Ebenezer Martin Luther Care Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Administrator to lead and manage operations across our multi-service campus, including Health Care Facilities, Assisted Living, Adult Day Centers, HUD housing, and Child Care. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Strategic Oversight :
Direct and coordinate activities across departments and buildings.
Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Act as the Executive Director when needed.
Serve as administrative lead for designated committees.
Operational Management :
Delegate duties with clear accountability and communication.
Conduct regular interdepartmental meetings.
Set and review goals with site and department managers.
Support customer service initiatives using Truthpoint surveys.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Liaise with governing bodies, corporate staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies (MDH, CMS, HUD, MMFHA).
Represent Ebenezer in community, state, and national associations.
Promote public relations and lifelong learning initiatives.
Marketing & Financial Excellence :
Drive census / occupancy through active marketing and referral management.
Collaborate on budget planning and monitor financial performance.
Employee Engagement :
Administer HR policies fairly.
Monitor employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Workers Comp, and other employment standards.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in LTC Administration, Management, Human Services, or related field (Required)
Master's in Business Administration (Preferred)
Experience :
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (Required)
5+ years preferred
Licensure :
Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board
or
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
