Merchology seeks a seasonal Inventory Management Specialist for our Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Process Manager, the Inventory Management Specialist resolves inventory and systems challenges affecting order fulfillment. This role determines systems order resolution to improve the customer experience and support operations order flow activities. This role directly impacts on-time delivery and targets maximum revenue attainment. Additionally, this role is the primary support for inventory updates, accuracy and sync between the company’s warehouse management system (ShipHawk) and enterprise resource management system (NetSuite).

A successful Inventory Management Specialist will :

• Account for orders through entire fulfillment process, ensuring value flows to billing queue
• Troubleshoot orders that are stuck or held up by investigating issues and correcting system transactions
• Maximize daily invoicing to ensure tracking towards shipped revenue goals
• Primary support for synchronization of inventory and order flow through ERP and WMS systems
• Execute inventory adjustments on a daily basis to maintain inventory accuracy
• Communicate, escalate, and resolve issues via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues
• Review past due orders, working with customer service and operations for resolution.
• Communicate professionally with operations and cross-functionally daily
• Additional projects or duties as assigned
