As a Screener in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols, maintaining high visibility, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate : $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Thur 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.

Monitor entry and exit points at the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.

Screen individuals, vehicles, and / or packages entering the premises according to established procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity.

Complete required reports and logs regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or unusual activity.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
