The VP, IT - Corporate reports to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and governance of IT services and solutions across the People & Culture, Finance, Legal & Communications functions. This executive-facing role will partner with senior business leaders to drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across these corporate domains.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in enterprise systems, particularly SAP / ERP, and a proven track record of enabling business outcomes through technology. This role will be instrumental in shaping the digital roadmap for Campbell's corporate functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business priorities.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $219,100-$315,000. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
