Full-Time | In-Clinic | $120,000–$140,000 per year (including performance incentives)
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking an experienced BCBA to step into the role of Assistant Clinical Director at our Richmond, VA clinic. This full-time, clinic-based leadership position is ideal for a seasoned clinician who values collaboration, clinical excellence, and guiding a high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll balance direct clinical care with mentorship and operational support, helping strengthen the overall quality of services provided to children and families.

Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality, family-centered care
