A company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Transportation).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with two or more national customers generating over $500K in annual net revenue
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer contacts to ensure high levels of service
Coordinate with sales and operations to set up new accounts and maintain profitability through service expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Five years of experience in international freight forwarding operations and / or sales services
Familiarity with ocean, air, warehouse, and surface transportation procedures
Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship development with customers and internal teams
Demonstrated project or account management skills
