A company is looking for a Business Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the CRM platform, including user management and system documentation
Manage vendor relationships and support ticket resolution, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
Develop and deliver training programs for staff and serve as a resource for system-related inquiries
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with CRM or business operations platforms in an administrative capacity
Ability to train and support non-technical end users
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
Preferred experience with healthcare / insurance CRM platforms and familiarity with HIPAA regulations
