Support day-to-day operations of our website design agency and other associated brands. Serve as a client representative between them and the design team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient delivery of projects.

Step in to complete design tasks as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as networking are required.

Use creative skills to create, batch, and schedule content. Follow up with prospects and complete marketing and design tasks.

This role requires paying close attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls and follow up with leads and referrals via phone and email
• Represent PC Media Techs and associated brands at networking events
• Keep digital assets for PC Media Techs and associated brands organized
• Create and schedule social media posts monthly based on the promotional calendar
• Schedule and automate text and email blasts based on the promotional calendar
• Keep our community partners engaged through monthly newsletters
• Create calendar invites and add partners and individuals as instructed
• Manage customer service inbox, CMS & Dashboards
• Delegate inbox messages through appropriate team communication
• Set up automations for smoother workflow
• Practice preventative maintenance by testing and troubleshooting automations to improve workflows
• Create brand kits and logos that align with brand identity objectives
• Use templates to design creative and professional print materials and create customized mock-ups, labels, packaging, and promo items
• Import and sync products, manage approvals, and enter orders
• Create copy for websites, promotional schedules, documents, and related content

Required Skills :

• Computer skills
• Expert written and verbal communication skills and networking skills
• Ability to navigate and learn programs used : Wix CRM dashboard, Monday, Canva, Google Suite, Descript, Facebook Meta and Merchant, Social Media Platforms
