Property Maintenance Position

Schedule / Hours : 29 hours weekly

This position is responsible for :

Cleans and maintains the Administrative, Guest Apartment and Church buildings and grounds to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the same on a semi-daily basis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies.
• Empties trash cans regularly; collects trash from grounds.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :

Employee Benefits :

Education and Experience : No formal education required. Six months experience performing general custodian / janitorial duties, OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Licenses and Certifications : Valid State driver's license may be required.
