Job Function

This role is a behind the scenes rockstar, serving as a wealth technology subject matter expert for financial advisors, assisting clients with technology onboarding, analyzing financial planning data and coordinating client service needs with team members. This position bridges the operational and planning sides of the client experience, ensuring high-quality support in the financial planning process. This job is remote within driving distance of the Santa Monica, CA area for periodic in-office occasions. The starting salary range is $70,000 - $75,000.

Primary Responsibilities

• Works with clients to collect financial data
• Performs financial planning data analysis
• Enters synthesized data into eMoney for advisors to create a financial plan
• Prepares plan deliverables and reports
• Conducts research on investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning topics as needed
• Assists clients with technology onboarding
• Develops mastery of our wealth technologies and serves as a subject matter expert for advisors who use this technology
• Assists with other client service,  planning, and advisory tasks as assigned
• Stays current with financial planning tools, products, and regulatory updates
