Roles & Responsibilities
• To understand and analyze business requirements, Issues, and changes to existing functionalities. Architecture and Development.
• Maintain and support the Manhattan Scale WMS Warehouse solutions towards the affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support)
• Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents creation.
• Translate the user requirements into functional and technical desig n, application configuration.
• Documenting all aspects of the system (. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenarios, Support document according to internal procedures.
• Coordinates problem solution with multiple external Vendors for TMS, Packing & Conveyor system.

Able to manage customers and a small team, as required.
