NOC Engineer II

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer II (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service interruptions

Utilize network monitoring tools and ticket tracking systems for diagnosing and recording network issues

Participate in an on-call rotation and act as a liaison between engineering and client staff

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent experience

CCNA Certification or higher

A Wireless Certification (CWNA / CWNP, Cisco, or Aruba)

Knowledge of TCP / IP, IP addressing, and routing protocols

Experience with large enterprise LANs and network management processes
