Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after onboarding, ensuring a positive experience

Understand customer goals and provide guidance, training, and best practices for success

Monitor customer accounts to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams for seamless experiences

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
