Tasks and responsibilities :
- Customer Service- Answer phones and Show and lease apartments. Lease renewals.
- Integrate each new lease file in accordance with management requirements.
- Customer service to prospects, residents, and incoming residents.
- Help the manager supervise a team of 3 maintenance employees.
- Timely rent collections, post them in Yardi and process bank deposits.
- Process and deliver notices to apartments, including past due rent, pest control etc.
- Schedule and conduct inspections for Move-in and move out and make readies.
- Document damages to the apartment, take pictures and Process Final Account Statements, after final inspection of the move out.
- Other property management help tasks.
Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office and Yardi management software
- Computer savvy with basic software such as Dropbox, team viewer, etc.
- Punctual to work in a timely basis.
- Organized and dependable.
- Available to work Tuesday - Saturday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. : (A MUST...DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE).
Requirements :
- Customer service-oriented personality.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Driver's license.
- No criminal records.
- Candidate should Pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish).

2 years property management experience preferred.
