What Were Looking For

Staff Art Director to lead the design vision for our Client / Pro / B2B business. This is a concept?driven, system?minded creative leader role that transforms complex value propositions into bold, clear, and inspiring design across digital platforms and live events. Your work will be showcased on the industrys biggest stages, shaping how Realtor.com is perceived as a category leader. You will join a growing team and play a pivotal role in campaigns, experiences, and activations that help professionals succeed and position Realtor.com as the number one partner for the real estate industry.

Youll join a team of 7 designers and 3 copywriters and will help define campaigns, experiences, and activations that impact professionals in the real estate space.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision : Conceive and direct campaign ideas across web, email, paid media, and event stages.
• Shape design systems, workflows, and templates that scale quality across the team.
• Translate complex industry stories into bold, clear, and intuitive creative that builds trust and drives action.
• Drive business impact : Own the look and feel of Realtor.coms most important B2B campaigns, launches, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to create experiences that attract, engage, and retain agents, brokers, and builders.
• Lead the creative development of event activationsbooths, keynote content, stage design, and digital extensions.
• Mentor and elevate : Elevate design across a 10-person creative team through mentorship, feedback, and shared standards.
• Champion our values : ownership, speed, clarity, innovation, and cross?functional partnerships.
