Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to travel and work on a variety of maintenance and repair projects across different locations. As a Traveling Handyman, you'll be responsible for delivering top-quality service and ensuring the maintenance of client facilities. This is an hourly position with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation : $20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members, responding to tasks and requests in a timely manner.

Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.

Complete maintenance tasks before moving on to the next project or provide temporary solutions when necessary.

Work independently or collaborate with a crew, based on the job requirements.

Represent the company professionally in the field with a clean and presentable uniform and appearance.

Qualifications :

Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong commitment to completing tasks with the highest quality standards.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Spanish is a plus but not required.

Strong experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs.

Must be available for on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency situations.

Preferred experience with a range of commercial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceiling tiles / grids, floor tiles, and painting.
