Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in System / Software Engineering and Mission Planning to lead a large Systems Engineering Contract for the Department of War.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the execution of a complex systems engineering contract, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality products and services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DoD stakeholders, including program managers, engineers, and logistics personnel
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of systems engineers, software developers, and mission planning specialists
• Coordinate and integrate the work of multiple subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of contract requirements
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and DoD policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications :

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
