Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Drive motivation and provide training to brokers regarding the Purchasing Power program, aiming to instill excitement and enthusiasm for our offerings.
• Foster new relationships with broker-consultants and engage these connections by attracting new employer clients through broker channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Transition activated broker relationships to the Purchasing Power Broker Account Manager once sales are completed.
• Pursue new business opportunities with direct employer clients if the opportunity arises.
