This role reports into our Macedon, NY (hybrid reporting) headquarters.
WHAT WE NEED
The HR Systems Administrator is a professional role which is responsible for carrying out data processing and administrative duties for the HR Department related to data management, employee records, data analytics, and talent acquisition. This role is as the primary administrator for our HRIS system, partnering with the People Systems Analyst for changes or improvements. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, and internal customer services skills are requirements for success in this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
HRIS / HCM System Administration
Process data entry into HRIS system to include employee position changes, leaves of absences, transfers, compensation changes, new hires and terminations which are based off approved Personnel Action Notices (PAN). This requires critical thinking to ensure integrity of data and alignment with internal processes.
