In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing key HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee leave processes. Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment processes and open enrollment periods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS systems.
- Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA and other applicable policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related concerns and implement solutions.
- Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of HR-related documentation.
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Proven experience in human resources administration within a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and onboarding.
- Expertise in benefits functions, including enrollment and open enrollment management.
- Familiarity with managing employee leave policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proficiency in conducting background checks and handling sensitive employee data.
- Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities to interact with employees and management.
