Head of Sales (In-House) — Okera Banks Collection

Okera Banks Collection is a luxury, travel-ready apparel and accessories brand built at the intersection of fashion, functionality, duality, and lifestyle. Our signature OTG (On-The-Go) Essentials Collection can be found inside major airport retail partners such as Hudson at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, with expansion underway into additional travel-retail markets. We design for the modern entrepreneur, traveler, and trendsetter who values comfort, versatility, and impeccable style.

As we expand our national footprint—across airports, boutiques, retail partners, corporate gifting programs, and high-profile collaborations. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue growth.

Role :

The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and executing a high-growth sales strategy across multiple channels, including :

• Airport retail (Hudson / Avolta, HMSHost, Paradies, etc.)
• Boutique wholesale accounts
• Corporate gifting + enterprise partnerships
• Trunk shows + pop-ups + brand activations
• E-commerce conversion strategies
• Retail special events + industry conferences (AMAC, AXE, etc.)
