POSITION : Business Development Manager

SUMMARY : The Business Development Manager will lead a team of 3-5 business development professionals, driving growth across solid material handling, energy-to-power, and power generation markets. This individual will build a disciplined, results-oriented sales culture focused on expanding market share, developing new partnerships, and aligning strategic business initiatives with corporate profitability goals.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 sales and business development professionals
• Drive strategic growth initiatives across solid material handling, bulk material transport, energy-to-power conversion and power infrastructure sectors
• Identify and pursue opportunities within industrial plants, utilities, renewable energy projects and OEMs supporting the energy transition
• Establish structure and accountability within the business development function, including policies for deal structure, pricing and compensation alignment
• Develop and track KPIs for pipeline health, client engagement, forecasting accuracy and revenue growth
• Partner with executive leadership to design and execute growth strategies that support long-term profitability and market positioning
• Representing the company at client meetings, trade shows and energy / material handling industry events
