• Part-time (8-24 hours/week)

Training and onboarding: THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING IN Pediatric Home Health. TCPS provides training, where RN's/LPN's spend significant time in a paid training preceptorship. To build a solid foundation and ensure your success as a Pediatric RN/LPN to care for a child that has acute medical needs. This training provides the opportunity to be immersed in personal setting with medically complex children, and see what home health care is really about.

Candidates must possess the following:

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a Registered Nurse/LPN with the State Board of Nursing in Colorado or other Nurse Compact State OR proof of completing an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle that is insured and in good working order.
• Ability to travel within assigned geographic areas.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers.

Qualified candidates should be able to perform the standard responsibilities of a Registered Nurse, such as :

• Demonstrate appropriate critical thinking and judgment skills to be able to make independent clinical decisions in routine patient care matters and to implement physician orders and nursing interventions promptly and accurately.
• Proven ability to communicate both orally and written in a caring, professional manner.
• Demonstrate an ability to organize assigned workload to complete responsibilities in an appropriate, timely and effective manner, with minimal supervision.
• Act as an advocate for each assigned client in obtaining the necessary medical assistance, equipment, and community resources necessary for optimal status.

This passion took hold of them over 30 years ago as they started their ministry working with children in the foster care system that experienced medical needs.
