Shift : Days

Pay : $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is based on relevant experience.

This position requires onsite presence; remote work is not available.

Summary :

As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic medical / physician office setting. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the organization’s policies, values, and mission to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans that are tailored to individual needs, maximizing resources for optimal results.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating across disciplines to facilitate seamless patient care, including transfers, discharges, and providing necessary support.
• Identify and address the educational needs of patients and their families, offering guidance that reflects their unique circumstances and backgrounds.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ancillary personnel and participate in mentoring student nurses and new staff.
• Employ critical thinking and decision-making skills, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
