PRN Nurse Practitioner :

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Expert Medical Oversight : Offer the highest standard of medical oversight for disability cases and facilitate smooth return-to-work protocols
- Personalized Care Planning : Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of our employees
- Care Coordination : Collaborate with local resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our team members
- Results Reviews : Conduct thorough reviews for annual health assessments, providing valuable insights for employee well-being
- Collaboration with EHS Team : Work closely with our Environmental Health and Safety team to enhance employee health and safety measures
Qualifications :
- Nurse Practitioner with a valid license in Colorado / USA.Can be remote as long as licensed in CO
- 5 years of experience in Family / General / Occupational Health
- Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols
- Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Work Schedule :
PRN on call to provide advanced care if requested or there is an incident to consult on
