As we expand into new product lines and retail channels, we’re looking for an  Email & SMS Marketing Manager  to take ownership of our lifecycle marketing and help us drive retention, revenue, and brand loyalty at scale.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a  full-time, in-person Email & SMS Marketing Manager  who will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of our Klaviyo and Attentive programs. You’ll own the customer journey from signup to repeat purchase, designing smart automations and engaging campaigns that connect with our audiences and drive measurable results. You’ll also collaborate on ad creative and campaign alignment across Meta, TikTok, and other channels to ensure Sleepyhead’s message stays cohesive and impactful.

This role is perfect for someone who blends  creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making  — someone who wants to join a high-momentum, entrepreneurial brand and grow with it.
