• IT Security Designation : ADP / IT- II
• Investigation Required : Tier 3 (T3)
• IA Technical / Management Designation : IAT II
• Commercial (Baseline) Certificates : IAT II : Please see Commercial Certificates for DoD 8570.01-M certificate requirement.
• Experience in this Discipline : Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required
• IT Security Designation : ADP / IT- II
• Minimum Education : Bachelors' degree and / or
• Functional Responsibility : The Application Programmer - Level II is responsible for activities such as program design, coding, testing, debugging or documentation, for example :

(a) Designing and building web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.

(b) Designing and developing user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings.

(c) Designs the website to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications.
