ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technician’s collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Job Description :

The BCBA must possess a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field. BCBA certification or appropriate licensure as a healthcare professional, in accordance with state regulations, is required. Candidates must also have relevant experience in clinical supervision and meet all BHW program competencies.

Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the BCBA is responsible for developing, monitoring, and overseeing ABA treatment plans. This role involves providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, as well as managing and guiding assigned cases. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
