Nursing Assistant

Provides for or assists in all activities of daily living for the residents. Documents care. Follow resident care profile, care plan and behavioral management plans. Reports unusual symptoms / events to RN / LPN Charge Nurse. Educational req. : High school graduate preferred. Must have successfully completed the required training to be eligible to complete the NA competency exam in PA. Work Experience : Prefer individual with Nursing Assistant experience. Physical Req. : This job regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, talking, and hearing; frequent use of fingers, hands, simple grasping and fine manipulation; frequent lifting, moving, pulling, and / or pushing up to 50 lbs. May occasionally be required to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, reach and twist. Ability to use mechanical equipment such as lifts, beds, and wheelchairs on a daily basis.
