We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate  Certified Nursing Assistant  to join our team in the Lancaster, PA area.

Job Summary :

• As a Hospice CNA, you will provide direct care to patients in the comfort of their homes or in facility settings.
• You will work closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care during their final stages of life.
• Your role will include assisting with activities of daily living, providing comfort measures, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.
